Round Pond

Round Pond

Designed by: Gale Goff Architect

With a tight lot, sandy soil, and height restrictions, Round Pond called for creativity. Elevated on helical pilings, the home avoids the typical “stilt” look with slatted wood screens that flow into deck railings. Inside, it’s layered with light and air—exposed fir beams, a pass-through kitchen, and built-in seating around a stucco fireplace. Topped with an ocean-facing tower suite, it’s a home that embraces the view at every level. Smart, compact, and perfectly suited to its coastal perch.
